Sun Belt Cities Continue to Boom
Johnston County was the fastest-growing county in North Carolina between 2010 and 2020, and it continues to welcome new residents to the area. A new Zillow report named two North Carolina cities among the hottest in the housing market in 2022. Raleigh came in at #3 and Charlotte at #5 when compared to the 50 largest metros in the country.
The area continues to see new housing communities developing, and home values are predicted to continue rising by as much as 21% through November.

North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival
Cue the lights because the region’s most stunning holiday tradition is back! Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheatre will once again welcome the North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival when it returns this winter for an 9th year. Chinese artisans are already busy crafting more than 40 all new displays, each one comprised of hundreds of parts, and thousands of LED lights. These larger-than-life lanterns will captivate visitors at every turn with amazing craftmanship and artistic beauty. Cultural arts performances will take place each night on the main stage.

North Carolina’s largest vintage clothing market returns to the Expo Center at the State Fairgrounds for a two day vintage extravaganza!
